We often try to multitask in efforts of, "having it all".  This method causes us more stress; it has been proven that multitasking does not save time - it wastes time.  In fact, it is not possible to multitask.  We can only do one activity at a time.  Even highly functioning computers do one task at a time; computers are binary - they use either, "1's" or, "0's" as a function of their processing.  

Currently, you could feel stressed in the business. Your spouse might want you to get a, "job".  You might be debating, "Should I build that website, wait for the phone to ring, go on the listing appointment, go to my daughter's recital, go to the gym, lead generate, or take the day off?"  Dealing with the pressures of the real estate sales business can be exhausting.
