My Top 3 Books for Improving Your Real Estate Business
These books can put you on the track toward becoming a successful agent.
In my business planning workshop, I take time to recommend some good books for my students to read if they want to further immerse themselves in the business mindset. One student in particular asked me what my top three are, and I’d like to share those three with you today.
“Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill
Written in the early 1900s, this book covers topics about thought, desire, faith, autosuggestion, and feeding the subconscious. A big takeaway is that 96% of our actions are coming from our subconscious thought, not from our conscious thought. The title itself describes how an understanding of thought can open the door to success.
“Open” by Andre Agassi
I recommend you get this one as an audiobook—it’s a phenomenal listen. Andre Agassi is a world champion tennis player, but he didn’t even enjoy the sport in the beginning! He recounts the trials and tribulations he faced, such as overcoming his battle with drug abuse. Despite all of this, he developed and attained his ultimate goal of becoming a world-class athlete. You’ll learn many lessons through his story.

“The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” by Gary Keller, Dave Jenks, and Jay Papasan
This is a Realtor’s go-to guide for becoming a successful agent. It covers the four pillars of real estate business: the lead generation, economic, budget, and organizational models. It’s truly a must-have book for anyone looking to create a powerful real estate business.
