The other day, I was working with an agent who needed some advice on how to convert leads. She was doing a great job of generating them, but there was a lot of missed opportunity there in terms of conversion. I see a lot of agents struggle with conversion, even if they are really good at generation. Here are my top tips for helping you improve your lead conversion:

1. Stop doing what doesn’t work.

2. Start doing what does work.

Now, here’s how you can differentiate between the two. Go over the last few years of your books and identify your top sources of business. Once you’ve identified those three to five sources, you should double down on your activity there. When you focus on what works, you will reach success much faster.
