Top 3 Tools used to Provide a High Level of Real Estate Service

What can you do for better customer service?

The other day while I was coaching, an agent asked me about what techniques they could use to provide a high level of service to their clients. This is why I am joined today by Gigi Smith, who works with our sales team and can explain how to provide this high level of service.

Gigi says that to provide a high level of service, you need to use resources and tools to be more productive. You could hire a virtual assistant through MyOutDesk or other freelance sites such as UpWork or Fiverr. By doing this, you minimize the things you’re doing that aren’t building your business. The cost of these sites is affordable as well and can provide you with some great talent.

Another thing that you could do is use MightyText. With this application, you can send texts from a computer using your phone number. This means that an administrator could text your clients on your behalf without the client knowing it’s someone else texting them.
 

Since you need to keep in contact with clients five days a week, you can use a Google worksheet to ensure you are keeping consistent, regular communication.

To track the communication done with the clients, Gigi says that it is important to have your assistant use a Google worksheet to track your client list. Since you need to keep in contact with them five days a week, the document can be used to let your assistant know what you are doing with each client to exceed client expectations.

I know that I am fortunate to have Gigi do these things and lead a team of administrators for me. If you’re a solo agent, the best way to do this is to get a virtual assistant that can track your client list for you and ensure that you are keeping in consistent, regular communication.
