How Many Conversations About Real Estate Should You Have?

Today I want to share with you a strategy on how to do a consistent number of transactions, as well as how many conversations about real estate you should have.

Just recently, I was coaching one of our agents who was relatively new to the sales team. He asked me how many conversations about real estate I had every single day.

My answer to that was specific: The standard number of daily conversations about real estate for our team is 20.

With regard to having consistent, predictable income, it’s important to set a standard for how many people you’ll talk to every single day about real estate sales, whether that standard is five, 15, or 20. Plan this out for every day of the week in advance so you can hold yourself accountable.

“When your set standard is higher, you’ll have greater results.”

But what counts as a real estate conversation? In my experience, it’s when you ask someone in the market who you don’t know to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. It’s that simple.

And remember: When your set standard is higher, you’ll have greater results.
