What Drives You In Your Career?

I challenge you to think about what your big “why” is: Why is it that you work in this business?
 

Do you know what your big “why” is?

By that, I mean, why are you doing what you’re doing? Is it for your family, friends, or maybe yourself? Are you doing it to make a difference? Why do you get up every single day and attack the real estate sales world with a vengeance?

Whatever your big “why” is, do you have clarity about your motivations? If you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, then you could be much more likely to get it done.

There are two overarching reasons why I sell real estate and why I chose to be a leader in the industry. 

For one, I want to open doorways for other people. I want to help them achieve the dreams they’ve created or to solve the problems they need to solve. That goes not only for my clients, but also for anyone who joins our team. I want them to feel as though they have unlimited opportunities in front of them.

If you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, then you could be much more likely to get it done.

On a personal level, I do what I do so that I could help my mom build her house. We literally broke ground this morning and it will take about six months to complete. That costs money, so I have to get up and work to be able to afford that.

I highly encourage you to figure out your own “why.” I promise you that it will make a world of difference.
